Honestly, i think its a sham….

 

  1. IF the full weight of the government comes crashing down, any provider will fold.

  2. IF the provide does not keep logs, no worries, the 3 letters are already monitoring all traffic to all major pops.

  3. There is a thing called "unwrapping" which basically unwraps your ssl connection and rewraps it allowing for viewing the plain text of any request/traffic.

Make it illegal to discriminate based on political views and all violations subject to hate crime punishments or extreme sanctions….. case resolved.
