So experienced Anons, does any of you have a 'how to' guide on the best way to back up and archive Q content online?

Sorry to Newfag but I've been here a year and never worked out any way to get a backup other than copying pastebins bread by bread.

If there is an easier way, paste it to Globals for the weekend so Anons can all see it. I assume I am not alone in this.
