What we need is an anon to start putting together a list of public IPs for various sites. DNS is really just a big phonebook for the Internet. Even if the phone book is compromised, the phone numbers (IP addresses) still work. For instance, you can still access https://www.yahoo.com by going to https://98.137.246.7 but the 8ch site owner has to allow direct IP access. This change needs to be made to prevent a DNS attack from terminating 8ch access.
