I moved into a new house a few years ago, and set up my office in one of the bedrooms.

While I'm working there, I'd often get that strange feeling I was being watched.

Figured it was maybe the neighbor next door, so bought better blinds and installed them.

Didn't help.

One two occasions I would detect some movement within the room in my peripheral.

But I wasn't quick enough to catch what it was, until one time last September.

Turned quickly and saw a face emerge from the ceiling.

The room was poorly lit, but I could see the face of a middle aged man with shoulder length messy hair.

He looked straight at me, and he looked crazed - like he hadn't slept in many days.

But the weird thing is he looked out of focus, slightly blurry and grey.

Then he just slipped back into the ceiling.

I went and stayed in a hotel for a few days to calm down

Still pretty spooked about it, not sure what to do
