I have not really followed all of you that are saying Martial Law and Military Tribunal for prosecuting the top people. Could someone lay that thinking out for me. The reason I am asking is because I am digging into secret Presidential pardons ( it makes no sense for BHO to know prosecution would come and not protect everyone with pardons ) So I am digging for alternative options in the event of secret pardons and Military Tribunals is possibly one because it would be a Court Martial and require THAT type of pardon not a Federal Pardon

these would be the crimes but I was hoping for why many say we need Military Tribunals and why they think we could try BHO, HRC and others in a Military Court without them be active service members. The Courts have to be non functioning in order for it to be Constitutional. If they were inactive service members, they could be called back up for duty and then tried but otherwise, I am not finding where it could be used

I don't actuall know. I hesitate because I remember reading something a while ago that suggested NO but I might be wrong. I wrote it on my list of things to research though. I'll post answer as soon as I come across it
there is one Nuclear option that might be available if BHO really was born outside USA. Our Courts would be deemed non functional as everything he did as President would be null and void. It would be complete Chaos in our civilian Courts to the point they could no longer function. It would have to be something along that level of seriousness to render our entire Court system non functional.
