I think you are on to something with this idea.

Make a long list of rules you would like us to follow.

Then we will hire a bunch of "servants" to enforce the rules and add to them.

We can then tax ourselves to pay these people to administer us and the board.

We will give the "servants" better pay, better benefits, and lifetime pensions with medical and COLA's

Better than what we even have.

We will work until 70 or 75 and they can retire at 55, after all they are "servants"

Also give them authority to raise their own pay and benefits.

Others can add their ideas and rules too. We want the rule book to be THICK.
