That is a very interesting study, but I notice it hasn't been repeated, or even peer reviewed.

It is probably worth trying it with a different data set (for example known Democrat hashtags, justto be fair) and see if this influence peddling works as they postulate.

I think they'll find that yes, it does, but you really can't be sure with just one study, it's just not scientific.

My own theory though is that people have certain views or leanings and get behind different causes then try to promote those views. Shocking, kek.
