Close. Grass fed has high Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for you.
Grain fed has high Omega 6 fatty acids which most people get far too many of.
The 6:3 ratio should be much higher than it is and grass fed is one way to improve that ratio. There are some plant sources of omega 3 but it's not quite the same. Flax seed for example.
Some people take Omega 3 capsules from sea life (krill). But Fukushima? So we don't use those.
I haven't seen the sauce for that. Do you have it handy, fren?
