Question for Q.
I used to write to my Senators and Representatives often by going to their websites and clicking the button and filling out all the fields on the form. And, I was pleased to get responses. Then, one day, I received a response that identified the topic of my correspondence as the exact opposite of what I stated. I realized the response was a canned response based on a specific keyword in my letter.
Is anyone in Washington actually reading any of our letters or are they all set up on autoresponders based on keywords? If the latter, how do we make our voices heard?
