It’s not just Black People who get 3 strikes, it’s everyone.
It’s just that Blacks are more likely to commit more felonies than everyone else. That’s why they are most impacted by it. Blame it on whatever you want to but it doesn’t change that it is fact. Crime statistics do not lie (when they are not taken out of context) but people pretend they don’t apply to the real world.
The Gun control argument is the best example of this; when do the Gun control zealots ever state who commits the vast majority of “Gun Crime” Mass Shootings/ Homicides/ robberies etc in the United States
