It eludes to a criminal case that Epstein tried to negotiate as a civil compromise (denied), tried to set up a restitution fund (denied), and ultimately had improperly used Dershowitz (a witness) as a negotiator for a non-prosecution deal contingent upon (among other things probably) revealing identities of the Jane Does –likely– to carry out dirty tricks on the girls/families.
That is so bizarre, it has to be true.
