Not saying it's a bad ruling. Cops have been highway robbers for years. Oklahoma even drains debit cards on the spot. Many people have lost homes due to weed, tenants' drugs etc.
I just find it interesting that civil forfeiture was never an issue until Trump came along and tried to steal from Chapo, corrupt officials etc.
