Watching now….BLACK EYES interesting. I've witnessed this phenomenon and wouldn't have believed my own eyes except the person sitting next to me witnessed it as well.
EVIL lawyer looked at us and his eyes went from normal to black like these eyes. Person next to me turned to me and said….'Did you see his eyes?'

State/local govs are literally taking assets without due process and there are cases such as driving 5 mph over the speed limit can cause the EVIL local gov to just seize your vehicle
