Anons, at what point do you just let it go? Spouse’s mom has severe TDS. We call and talk weather. TDS. Our jobs. TDS. Our animals. TDS. Everything we bring up, she changes the subject to Trump hate. We have been trying to get in touch for the past 2 weeks and she’s not returning our calls. She’s alive (public fb page) so I suspect she’s actually shunning. Spouse has many sibs but they all live in a very blue state and spouse is the only Trump voter. It’s just so …odd that she would do this and it saddens me. I’m not sure what it will take for her to recover and we’ll keep trying to at least have contact but …… it gets really old. Thanks for reading. I’m sure many of you are in a similar situation.
