Rosaine Santos, a Brazilian immigrant, allegedly assaulted Bryton Turner, 23, at Casa Vallarta Mexican restaurant in Falmouth, Massachusetts, last Friday

Police say Santos, 41, walked up to Turner and began yelling at him about his hat

Video filmed by Turner shows her knocking the hat off his head from behind

Santos reportedly told police that Turner shouldn't be allowed to eat at a Mexican restaurant because he supports President Donald Trump

She later defended herself by claiming that she had been provoked

'Being discriminated for so many times in my life, I just had to stand up for myself,' she said, after admitting that she'd had 'a little bit to drink' beforehand

Santos was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery

A woman accused of assaulting a fellow diner at a Mexican restaurant because he was wearing a 'Make America Great Again' hat claims that she was actually the victim of the confrontation caught on video.

Rosaine Santos, a 41-year-old Brazilian immigrant living in Falmouth, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery following the row at Casa Vallarta Mexican restaurant last Friday.

Police say Santos approached 23-year-old Bryton Turner and began yelling at him about his red hat with Donald Trump's 2016 campaign slogan emblazoned across it.

A video recorded by Turner shows Santos walking behind him and knocking the hat off his head.

That's the problem – the problem with American these days, people are just ignorant,' Turner says in the video

People who have nice houses, and appear to be making some kind of income, do not have the time to tweet 12 hours a day.

Maybe an anon can make some sort of graph of how much they post a day, and at what times.

Over a several week period, and see how much, how often. That would give an idea as to if they are working full time at it, or not.
