Nah I don't 'think so. I've taken the anatomy and physiology classes and they can't get to the center through the eye - I don't think it's punches either. Too inconsistent. And a punch for initiations? Doesn't make sense either.
I found an article that talked about brain surgery that can be done through the eye socket in an outpatient procedure but it didn't make sense with why elites/celebs would do it.
