The stupid press doesn't realize (yet) the Manafort case is really about McCain, Schiff, Biden, and Kerry.
Curious if this would violate the Constitution, which defines the criteria for President.
Are the states allowed to create additional pre-requisites?
Filing processes, sure… but additional requirements?
