Just a theory on the upcoming events in March:
The Mueller Report will exonerate POTUS, but thats it. It wont delve into the SpyGate and Dems dirty business. POTUS being exonerated, and the cloud being removed needs to have its own day, aside from anything else. Dems and Liberals will not accept the findings, but thats ok. Dems will be saying "What about Flynn?", "What about Manafort?", etc etc. At first sight, anons and normies will be disappointed, feeling like POTUS's vindication wasnt done justice. Thats ok
Because then comes DECLASS shortly after. DECLAS hammers the Dems, and REALLY shows POTUS was innocent. Dems will be so busy fighting all the allegations, doing damage control, it will carry on until IG Report comes out just making it worse. The flood gates will be open
