So the last comm I heard from 91 was that they would go west around the storm. Also sounded like some interference with 91's transmission. I think IAH was transitioning runways.

Seemed like the storm was moving fast and I would guess it would've been very close to where the plane went down judging by where the storm was at 20 past the hour (see weather map in link). One of the pilots said cloud tops were 8500 to 9000 and building. If you check the audio, I'd be interested in your assessment of the 12:10 comms with "type and alt unknown" and then the pilot that jumped in asking about Ellington at ~25:54
