How to take it?

I'm seeing how I do on the between meals thing…so I won't know for sure if I\'ll do better with or between meals…ANYHOO…how to take it:

First dose of the day…(1) 18mg iron pill

wait an hour…take 40 teeny sweet annie pills gulped down with 1 tsp of vit. C powder in water.

two to three times a day. After the first dose I was like..wee this is easy…a few hours into it and I could literally feel my sites burning…like chunks coming off…

my second dose…

1/2 tsp vitamin C powder 1/2 tsp tumeric powder.

40 sweet annie pills (I think the dose is 100mg-200mg)

IF I can manage a third dose today I will repeat the dose above.

Iron loves cancer cells…it helps them grow…wee…but guess what? Sweet Annie loves iron AND eats cancer cells. She sniffs out the iron that is hanging out in the cancer cells and eats ALL of it.

I don't want to get constipated from too much Iron so I use Tumeric, also hates cancer cells but also has nice iron content…I will only take the Iron pill once a day.
