The revised accord speaks blah blah about human resources and corporate culture. added up it sounds like this is official cover for security forces of the cabal, that are supported materially by The UN and charged specifically with protection of elite property in places where forecast is foggy from war, ordinance goes boom, and devildogs break things (kinda like a fireman/ sentinal hybrid role).
