When did SCOTUS ruling about property seizure happen? Situations like The Isaias brothers are my guess why SCOTUS ruled the way they did.
The U.N. Human Rights Committee in 2016 found the Ecuador government guilty of violating the IsaĂas brothers’ civil rights and accused then President Rafael Correa’s regime of illegally seizing their property.
