Degrees don't make people like this. Degrees and being told one's entire life that "You're PERFECT…." are what creates this and any manager who abides this awful behavior is a SHIT manager. Then again I got out of school when they were still telling kids "You'll fuck up. It'll be OK. Ask for help. You don't know everything."
