imo this means Q is telling us that (((they))) are sick in many different ways.

here is one 'sickness' being overlooked: both the drug cartels and the cabal are into inbreeding. start following a family and you find many many many crossovers, family to family.

find a mugshot that is recurrent ie it is a foto of a dedicated lifelong career criminal.
research that person's family.
then put the other family names related to the original target that you find in the mugshot database.
what you will discover is that massive overlaps exist between the inbred families in the criminal justice system.
the cabal (first tier) gets away with crime more than cartel (second tier.)
cabal has better handlers and pr and won't appear in the mugshot databases with the frequencies that the second tier cartel operatives will and do –
but the cabal will usually be covered in media where second tier cartel operatives will not.
first tier merits media.
second tier merits mugshots.
first tier (cabal) will be in the business pages, the social pages, the industry pages. they will have bios online and dedicated websites. they will have net worth statements and non-profit ratings.
second tier (cartel) will be in the social media circles with facebook pages, instagram and twitter accounts; they will be in the tax appraisal district databases and county records of their home domiciles.
either dig will bring up overlapping family lines that produce 'less than' offspring that gut indicates would not do well independently outside of the (incestuous) 'family' safety net that created them in the first place.
