So does this mean black hats' opportunity to negotiate with white hats no longer expires end of February? I'm assuming the whole "U.S./China tariffs etc" narrative is still really more about taming all the CIA/FBI black op assets in the wild…negotiate deals, or bring in by force, find snitches, arrange protection for singing birds, etc.
