Now, it's safe to assume Q has already thought about anons with mental illness, and sadly we are collateral damage. The plan has to go the way it is going, cannot go any faster than they currently going and we anons with mental illnesses will have a hard time.

Keep in mind, yes we might be ill, yes this might be hard for us, BUT Q IS SAVING THE CHILDRENS, FIGHTING EVIL and MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE. Your little person on the grand scheme of things is nothing. The childrens are everything.
