Q has posted a crumb on Venezuela yet to my knowledge. There is Viva Le Resistance. But I think it is related to the resistance in the FBI. But also Q references Vive, which is how the French say, Vive Le Resistance. Which could be aligned to the yellow vests.
I.E. Viva vs Vive = Venezuela and French resistances.
But once again, this drop seems more related to FBI matters.

I think this is Q telling ups what Lisa Page said in a text or email. But I think Q is trying to say that this error is not out of lack of knowledge but done on purpose as a code.
Neither of those drops seem pertinent to the situation of Venezuela today as far as I can see. Perhaps Snowden's get away there is related and so is the central bank in a round about way. But Q has not referenced Venezuela in the same way as NK, Iran, Syria, or SA. I'm not seeing it in the drops.
