Here are my predictions for the next 18 days. We are going to chase several stories that will be of minor significance at best. Then Rod Rosenstein will resign and Mueller will be forced to submit at least one version of his report to a select list of Congresspersons. Mueller will then delay as much as possible by writing various appendices to the report. The only question in my mind is how quickly Barr will force Mueller to wrap up.
