You clearly did not read the bill or understand the context of the comments.
Nobody is advocating for fucking other people's "children".
The bill is specific to persons 15 or older with another person that is not more than 10 years older than them. It simply allows for discretion by the judge to be used on how the case is handled and if the person needs to register as a sex offender. Common sense is allowed.
So if big bad Freddy Benson got your teenage girl drunk and took advantage of her, he would likely still have to register. But if your horny young 15 yo woman was hitting on 22 year old Qanon and he tapped it, and you were pissed off, he still would not have to register. That is if the judge believed it fit the criteria.
Honestly, if someone touched my kid, I will not say what I would do, but it would not involve LEO.
You gotta be more realistic when it comes to biology. You don't register your dog as a sex offender when it humps your leg.
