The Constitution has been a dead letter for years. Only honorable with a sense of civic duty and responsibility can govern themselves by that document.
That is what the investigative Committees in Congress are all about right now. Some politicians have long figured out how to weaponize the government to circumvent the Constitution. If they get caught they throw it to the compromised/crooked FBI or DOJ. If that doesn't suffice then the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will write what he thinks the AMA (Obamacare) Act should be. The whole fucking enterprise is fucking FUBAR.

The courts cannot limit the Constitutional authority of the President (separate branch with unambiguous authority) to limit immigration for any arbitrary way he sees fit during his tenure - but they are. They are creating conditions to the Constitution which do not exist and implying ambiguity when, in fact, they are attempting to create ambiguity as to its meaning.
