anyone else get a little worried about the latitude of a sitting POTUS to rule by proclamation, I mean emergency order?
my hope is that 45 is moving forward with the border wall while simultaneously inviting a SCOTUS showdown over use of EO's.
ideally SCOTUS will rule that EOs are not to be used in this way, setting the precedent for all future POTUS/EOs.
would be classic 5-d chess by our VSG.
