What I'm seeing with this and so many other lawsuits is a lack of integrity. It's all about getting something for nothing tand exploiting statutes and regulations (often really stupid ones).
How many lawyers do you know who have a desire to see justic done? Most of them want only to win even if that means the guilty go free and the innocent are found guilty.
Winning is not the most important objective in life (sorry, Potus, I have to disagree with you on this point) integrity and honour and truth and principle trump "winning" every day of the week.
