so the underlying premise of this thought is this tiny window between election cycles that we seem to have for these otherwise Above The Law political system

and i think we dont have much time due to these election cycles and the "protections" possibly granted, at least for the public to swallow any red pills without the notion of political persecution/bias (political opponents) - which does turn out to be the 1st half of 2019
