This is disgusting: Maryland House Democraps care more about illegal aliens than the citizens they supposedly represent. Note that the amendment proposed from the floor by Delegate Morgan wouldn't have actually PREVENTED illegal aliens from getting scholarships - just that citizens and legal immigrants would get first dibs. Dems rejected it anyway.
