Oswalt's bit certainly hasn't aged well — nowadays Twitter has threading capabilities, and there's something sadly quaint about a pre-Gamergate bit where "comments being stripped of context to enduce outrage" was "funny shtick" and not, well, exactly what people like Cernovich do to get their political enemies fired.

  3. Face the Defense. Dad Quit a Month Prior to Birth? Did he? If so, is the child born a month later a "citizen" under current law?

  4. Complicating Factor: Did ISIS Bride Hoda renounce her citizenship? Yes.

  5. Complicating Factor: Did ISIS Bride Hoda burn her passport? Yes.

  6. Complicating Factor: Did ISIS Bride join ISIS in Syria and promote propaganda against the USA? Yes.

  7. Complicating Factor: Did the USA obliterate ISIS, so that the now passed along a few times ISIS Whore wants to come back? Yes.

This is how we get rid of jus soli citizenship; no sane country allows invaders to give birth to citizens if they manage to sneak in.
