Some tips…ego is the machine/rote part of our minds and also the judgement parts of our minds.
What does this mean? Rote/machine understands tasks…need to go to work..take a shower..brush teeth..drink coffee..get in car..drive to work…we almost always have a subroutine going…
Judgement different…ego constantly evaluating our performance and overblowing everything…either we are THE WORST or THE BEST…sure we have all had the internal "you are nothing, nobody..why or why did you do that..?" Or "excellent job..you rule the universe!"..these are ego judgements and they are the harshest of the harsh..both + and -.
Now..what else do we have to experience life with? A heart perhaps? When we experience thru our hearts/emotions we get a COMPLETELY different perspective of life…we also become more in touch with our Spirit and the intuitive.
The evil choads figured out how to use the esoteric..while we perhaps do not understand this in the way they do, we have the same access in a positive frame, but it starts with the heart…
