Interesting… I have never heard of this punishment but I was a huge Brand New fan and heard a couple of years back that Jesse Lacy was being called out for perusing underage fans. Brand New put out a song called MIllstone. He was raised in a very religious family so it is possible that his song was hinting towards something. The lyrics are interesting.
