When something real does drop, nobody is going to believe it because we've already spread fake shit several times. Considering there is no timestamp or link to the tweet in the other one, it's pretty safe to say it's fake. You post a screenshot of a tweet without the timestamp if you don't want people to it's fake cause the timestamp makes it easy to look up.
I agree that this fucker is probably into some sick shit, but if we try to use stuff that is fake or no way to verify then we look like liars. We can't blast the fake news while also spreading fake news ourselves. The only way to wake people up is with the truth, fake truth will only make their crimes easier to hide because they can just claim it's just a bunch of conspiracy theory nuts.
