I think because what the tweet implies is real.
I don't expect Q to have a photgraphic memory and can remember every single tweet by thousands of evil people.
Q does know that the info on that tweet ( whether faked or not) is the truth.
They do have hunting parties involving children, as a sick sport game.
Q implied to keep digging, that the truth can be found.
