From the looks of it, POTUS heading towards Italy and central Med? If so, my guess is he's gonna skirt Egypt direct into SA, then further south and east to Nam.
No rush. IO is a LOT of water to cross, though. Hopefully no ratshit subs in the area, but it's a fair bet the Navy is sanitizing the fuck out of that flight path.
