Regarding AF1 fuel stops, I have noticed this, and I think it is some kind of future optics. IDK what yet.

 

Current AF1 has aerial refueling capability, future AF1 supposedly will not, at the request of the White House. Doesn't make logical sense, as others have observed. Perhaps he wants the world to think AF1 won't have areal refueling capabilities, when it really will. Or perhaps, it allows for a narrative that Trump 'doesn't like' aerial refueling, which gives them the chance to make 'fuel stops' like this one.

 

Maybe they are not fuel stops.
