I honestly think never. Something will continue to arise to move goalposts and run out the clock. Then an event like maybe WWIII will be the only thing to worry about going into the future.
Progressives think:
-babies- conservatives want to enslave women by forcing her to have kids,
-border criminal problem is over-hyped fear-mongering. It's better that we're accepting and inclusive. Think of the holocaust
-we try to help minorities, but the privileged whites won't let them succeed. Racial profiling by police, employers, etc
-we use tax dollars to help the poor instead of the oil industry executives
