Here is the twist that made me ask the question of the true owner. It appears that Hua Zhang is a very common name for China. The first result that popped up in a search of the name was a very successful scientist/business man who holds seats on many advisory boards in the technology field.

So this made me ask myself if it is possible that a different Hua Zhang is the actual owner of Orchards of Asia Day Spa.
