You are confused anon. This was a bill to specifically force life saving measures if an infant managed to survive an abortion. It failed to pass. There is no bill to go before the SC.
IDK about getting challenged from NY. Hell, they stood and clapped in the State Senate for passing this murderous bill to begin with. Vermont had zero opposition to their bill. I swear anon. We are at a boiling point. Flat out murder is totally unacceptable.
