There’s a lot of political theater on both sides of abortion. Does any state allow for third trimester abortions electively, without the fetus having abnormality such as renal agenesis or anencephaly or risk to mother’s life? On that second issue, how to decide when is too early for delivery of premature fetus without typically fatal anomalies, as this typically leads to resolution of maternal health issues?
