Federal and State statutes on MURDER.
Isn't one of the elements of the crime of murder is INTENT? The intent to end human life.
If a child is born (with or without abortion as a factor) and the people around do nothing, especially when a doctor is present, can it intent to end human life be proven?
Murder is already on the books at federal and state level. Do we need another law? Or do we need the DOJ to enforce the law on murder?
