When is a baby born?

 

If a mother chooses to have an abortion, but the baby survives, would the baby not have been born?

 

Does a bill that does not require a doctor to administer health care to a just born baby not go against the 5th and 14th Amendment in which they state:

 

5th Amendment:

"No person shall be… deprived of LIFE, liberty, or property, without due process of law"

 

14th Amendment:

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of LIFE, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

 

Aren't these babies alive, US Citizens and are thus having their life deprived from them?

 

Life is the most fundamental right anyone can have, because with out it a person cannot exercise all the other rights
