Been there fren. Take time off. I flipped out a few months after coming in here. I mean I flipped the fuck out. Pretty much after that, I learned to walk away and stay away for a while. Id say that if you have a soul, I dont care who you are, you need to take a week off at least every month or two months. You need to put your shit down and walk the fuck away. The shit we are dealing with is the absolute worst part of humanity. No one, including ourselves should even be reading or seeing any of this shit. But here we are, and here we will stay. And here we will also watch after one another and tell each other to TAKE SOME TIME OFF!!
