China is a little weird. They only have 4,000 or 5,000 last names for 1.4 billion people. The number of given names is limited too. So, there are millions with the same name.
In a name: IF there are two words: the first is the family name and the second is the first name. IF there are three words: the first is the family name, the second is middle name, and third is the first name. IF the person adopts a western first name, it's in the same order as ours. Chinese people living in the US sometimes flip the order to be the same as here.
Hua and Zhang are both common last names in China. Would need to search on whether either is also used as a first name.
