I think what Q is saying here is that he wants us to coordinate a tweet storm for the day of the fake news awards. I am thinking he wants us to focus on FAKE NEWS for this first organized tweet storm.

(He also wanted to make sure there were graphics (1) for the BDT/DEFCON confirmation and (2) for the timed Q posts/POTUS tweets. But, I feel that was separate from the MEME assignment)
